• Extra person surcharge fee Php 750.00/head to be paid directly to the hotel’s front desk.

• NO refund/re-booking once reservation is confirmed and finalized.
• Cancellation on the same day will forfeit your down-payment.
• As much as we love our pets, No Pets or Animals Allowed.
• All rooms are non-smoking (as per EO No. 26)
• Our designated area for smoking is at the roofdeck
• Lost Keycard Php 200.00.
